Over the last several weeks, the Community Foundation for Cecil County’s Investment Committee, led by Dave Lewis, Board Member and Chair, reviewed the responses from the Request for Proposal for investment advisory services.
The Committee recommended Stonecrop Wealth Advisors, West Chester, PA, to the full Board of Directors of the Community Foundation for Cecil County. Their recommendation that Stonecrop Wealth Advisors be appointed as investment advisor to the Community Foundation for Cecil County was approved unanimously by the Board on July 17, 2026.
