Both donors and nonprofits have the opportunity to permanently name an endowment fund if it meets CFCC’s minimum contribution requirements. Income from the endowment is distributed based on instructions in the Donor Endowment Agreement and the CFCC Spending Policy.
A Donor Endowment may be established by any person, organization, or business. Donors may also use resources from traditional IRAs, such as Qualified Charitable Distributions for those individuals over the age of 70 ½, and from life insurance policies when CFCC is a named beneficiary.
